I’m helping raise vital funds for breast cancer education, research and patient support.

Every year 3,500 Kiwis are diagnosed with breast cancer, and more than 650 will die.

By fundraising for Breast Cancer Foundation NZ, I’m organising the Pink Walk Taupo event to help fund –

  1. Ground-breaking projects by some of our countries top researchers
  2. Education about breast health, the importance of regular screening and the signs and symptoms of breast cancer
  3. Free support services for breast cancer patients and their families
as I have personally been affected greatly by cancer in our family.

Taupo Pink Walk 2024

It's that time of the year again, on Sunday 6 October at 9.30am Two Mile Bay Reserve in Taupo will be filled with everything pink - people, decorations and even our food truck will be bright pink for our walk along the lakefront to raise funds for NZ Breast Cancer Foundation. There's raffles, spot prizes and sponsored prizes for Best Dressed Individual, Best Dressed Team and Best Dressed Dog - so round up your friends, whanau and furry friends for a morning of fun for the whole family
