🌸 Walking Together for a Cause – Pink Ribbon Walk 2025 🌸
At Smartmortgages.co.nz Limited, community has always been at the heart of what we do. From the very beginning, when I launched this company, my vision wasn’t just about helping Kiwis achieve their home ownership dreams – it was also about giving back and standing alongside the communities we serve.
Earlier this year, our team proudly joined the Lantern Walk for Leukaemia & Blood Cancer NZ, helping raise awareness and funds for the thousands of New Zealanders affected by blood cancers. Now, we’re continuing that commitment by stepping forward in the Pink Ribbon Walk 2025.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer among Kiwi women. 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed in their lifetime, and heartbreakingly, 650 lives are lost each year. These aren’t just numbers – they represent loved ones, families, and futures cut short.
That’s why we’re walking: to support life-saving education, patient care, and research that brings us closer to a future where no one dies from breast cancer.
