At its core, our vision is bold and unwavering: zero deaths from breast cancer in Aotearoa New Zealand. This isn’t just an aspiration; it’s an achievable goal grounded in evidence and action.

Every year, over 3,700 New Zealanders are diagnosed, and around 650 lives are lost, but they don’t need to be. By closing gaps in access, equity and speed, more people will live.

On Friday 16 & Saturday 17 October there are thousands of volunteers taking to the streets for the 2026 Pink Ribbon Street Appeal

All around the country, our amazing volunteers are giving their time to help raise vital funds and hand out life-saving breast health information.

Breast Cancer Foundation NZ receives no government funding, so it's only because of people like you and campaigns like the Pink Ribbon Street Appeal that we're able to continue this vital work.
