A meaningful way to celebrate my birthday, walking 10 km with my two amazing friends I set out with a goal to raise $1,250 for breast cancer research and awareness, and I’m thrilled to share that I surpassed that goal, raising a total of $1614 ($1321 personally, plus an additional $293 via our team). To all those who donated, your generous support truly makes a difference for those facing this tough battle and is so appreciated.
While I (thankfully!) don’t have first hand experience with breast cancer (but sadly have experienced it via several friends and colleagues), I deeply appreciate the unseen struggles and challenges that many face, whether illness or other difficult circumstances.
May this journey be a reminder of the importance of community and the strength we find in each other during hard times. I know I am so grateful for my incredible ‘tribe’ - you have lifted me up when needed most, and your support has been invaluable.
Thank you once again for your kindness and generosity. Together, we’ve played a small part in helping to create a brighter future for everyone affected by breast cancer and beyond
