We're doing the Pink Ribbon Walk for the nine women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.
The Pink Blanket Crew was formed in early 2026. It's a circle of women who's supported me throughout my breast cancer journey.
'Pink Blanket' refers to a way of imagining someone wrapped in a warm, fluffy, pink blanket of love and care. Some people pray, some send healing thoughts or energy, and some simply send good wishes. A pink blanket is common ground for anyone who wishes healing and comfort for another person.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 10 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.
That’s why we're taking part in the Pink Ribbon Walk this year, to help change that.
