We're hosting a Pink Ribbon Picnic for the nine women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.
Community Child Health West are hosting a Pink Ribbon Picnic this May 2024 to support Breast Cancer NZ. Our Picnic will be in the CCH Gym on Tuesday May 21st at 12:00pm. As part of our fundraising efforts, we will be holding a WEST BREAST BAKE OFF competition on the day!! (Watch your emails for more information)
A prize will also be given for the best dressed in Pink so be sure to donn your best pink clothing!
Fundraising games and information will also be carried out throughout the week, watch this space!
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.
That’s why we're hosting a Pink Ribbon Picnic this year, to help change that.
Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.
