Hello and welcome!
l and a lot of the amazing admin staff in ACH are going to do the 5K walk in October for the Pink Ribbon Walk.
We created a team called
"Ctr|+Alt+Cure"
I will also personally be doing a $1=1rep challenge from now until the walk on the 5th of Oct. Where YOU get to choose an exercise out of the list below and for every dollar you donate, I will do one rep of it. (just make sure to pop it in the comments or send me a message).
Exercises:
Bench Press
Burpees
Calf raises
Crunches
Jump rope
Leg press (cant squat due to back)
Lunges
Pull Ups (banded- I am weak)
Pushups
Romanian Deadlifts
