Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.

That’s why I’m hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast this year, to help change that.

Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.

Our guests

Come listen to some of our local wahine survivors and hear their journeys. We also will have a couple of ladies from Gisborne Cancer Society and our very own surgeons right hand gal, our very own whanaunga..

Blessed to have our guests only too willing to come and spend their Sunday with us all.

Flat for Life

Kia ora whanau, I will be your friendly hostess😂. BC is dear to me and affected myself personally.  3 generations of going flat, Double Mastectomy for my dear grandmother, my mum and myself in 2023.  BC is only too common within our whanau and many within our community.

I am grateful for the support and education I have received which has helped me in my journey.

Our breakfast will be a great way to connect with other wahine in our rohe and hopefully set up a regular support group.
