I'm hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for the ten women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 10 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.

That’s why I’m hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast this year, to help change that.

Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.

Together we are better!

Together we are better.
Something very special is happening on Sunday 21 June and I would absolutely love for you to join me.
Many of you have said over the last year that you would love to catch up in person, support the advocacy journey, or simply spend some meaningful time together. So I thought… why not create an event that brings community, purpose and impact together in one room.
I’m hosting a Combined Charity Brunch to support two charities incredibly close to my heart:
🎀 Breast Cancer Foundation NZ
👗 Dress for Success Auckland
My goal is ambitious, but together I know we can achieve it and well you all know I never do things to be easy, but always with a goal that is impactful & intentional.
✨ Raise $10,000 for Breast Cancer Foundation NZ
✨ Collect 1000+ items of clothing and handbags for Dress for Success Auckland
And fundraise to the shortfall of my medical immunotherapy by selling my designer Camilla, Trelise and other.
If 100 people each brought 10 new or nearly new garments/handbags, imagine the difference we could make to women rebuilding confidence, re-entering the workforce, or simply needing support during difficult times at Dress for Success Auckland.
As many of you know, I continue to spend 20 to 25 hours every week unfunded advocating for Keytruda to be funded for women diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. While I truly feel we are getting closer to the finish line, I am still personally short around $50,000 for my own treatment journey, despite having raised for others.
So in true Catherine style, I’m turning adversity into action.
I’ll be bringing along some beautiful designer pieces including Camilla, Trelise Cooper and other gorgeous labels, many worn once or not at all, available to purchase at very special prices. You can keep them or even donate them directly to Dress for Success Auckland for future fundraising initiatives.
I’m also looking for 10 to 15 silent auction items. If you or your business would like to contribute something special, please message me by 5 June with the item and approximate value so I can begin promoting it. All silent auction proceeds will be split between Breast Cancer Foundation NZ and Dress for Success Auckland.
