PCF Pink Ribbon Morning Tea is making a difference!

Auckland Council cares about the oranga of their kaimahi. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 10 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.

My name is Jillana Robertson and I am an ecological specialist with Parks and Community Facilities.  At 31, I was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer and it was a life-changing experience. Surgery, 6 months of chemo, 30 rounds of radiation and 2.5 years of hormone therapy and I am still alive and trying to do my part to help those having to go through what is a scary and emotional time.

That’s why this year, at PCF, I'm helping to host a Pink Ribbon Breakfast. If each of us gives a little, we can make a huge impact!

Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.
