I’m helping raise vital funds for breast cancer education, research and patient support.
If you know me you will know 2 things.
I have an awesome sister called Kate and I absolutely HATE the bloody cold!
On Christmas Eve Kate was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Her surgery is scheduled for Jan 9th 2025.
Being so far away from her I need to send her some positive vibes and healing.
I can't let her suffer alone.
So, I have pushed myself to do something challenging, intense and totally out of my comfort zone!!!!!
I will take 100 ice baths!
Between 9 and 13 degrees
I will begin on jan 1st 2025.
I will visit kate as soon as her treatment is over.
I will do 100 baths but it may have a small break for uk visit.
Each dip will be filmed aaagghh!

My mum, my auntie Kathryn and cousin Jane have also had breast cancer, so, please, please push your self to go for your mammogram and check often. Breast cancer effects so many.
