Tits & Tees Tournament 2025

By Sophie Jordan

For the nine women who will be diagnosed today and their families, the Tits & Tees Tournament is for you.

Hi!

I'm Soph, the founder of the Tits & Tees Charity Golf Tournament in Christchurch. This event came about after my Mum, Julie was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2022. Her diagnosis changed our families world upside down overnight. Watching her go through treatment and seeing the emotional impact on my Dad and younger brother left me feeling completely helpless. I wanted to find a way to make a difference in my community, and so this tournament was born.

On average, nine Kiwi women are diagnosed with breast cancer every day—that’s nine families, friends, colleagues, and communities whose lives will be changed forever. Last year, over 225 people joined me to fundraise for the Breast Cancer Foundation, and together we raised more than $45,000, doubling my original goal of $20,000. I was simply blown away by the response so I've decided to do it all over again for 2025. This tournament is about more than just fundraising. It’s about bringing the men in our lives into the conversation about how breast cancer impacts both the individual and their entire support network.

Join us to help raise vital funds for breast cancer education, research and patient support as well as create an environment that fosters real and raw conversations about breast cancer.

You are not alone xo
