I'm taking part in the Pink Ribbon Walks for the nine women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.
This year I’m walking in honour of my cousin, Elizabeth Donna Ulberg.
Even in the face of breast cancer, she never lost her sense of humor or her optimism. She could light up a room with laughter, even on the hardest days, and always found a way to make others smile when they needed it most.
Her legacy lives on in the love she shared and the countless lives she touched.
By raising awareness and supporting others on this journey, we honour her memory and hope to bring comfort, hope, and healing to those still fighting.
