We are hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for the nine women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.
That’s why we're hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast this year, to help change that.
Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.
Milford Kindergarten would love to invite you to their first Pink Ribbon Breakfast
Date: Wednesday 29th May
Time: 9am - 10:30am
Venue: Milford Kindergarten
Tickets are $8 each and include tea/coffee and a selection of homemade baked goods kindly donated by the Milford Kindy community.
Su-Yin, one of our kindy mums, will also be giving a short talk on her recent experience of having breast cancer.
The goal of the event is to raise awareness of breast cancer, to raise funds for vital breast cancer research, education and support and to celebrate our community.
Mums, Dads, babies, toddlers, nannas, kuias, grandads, korouas, aunties, uncles, and special people are very welcome
One person per ticket. More tickets are available, please speak to a teacher
