I am fundraising for what I feel is a very worthwhile cause and I am unable to complete the 5km walk on Sunday 11th Oct due to my physical limitations at the moment. I wish to contribute to the cause in some way whilst trying to form some exercise habits for my own wellbeing at the same time. By beginning an organised exercise plan over the remainder of October (in the form of a combination of exercycling, walking, aqua walking, and beginning Tai Chi) I will be kick starting what I hope will be the begining of a continued exercise regime that I will take forward.
I will commit to doing a total of 70 mins per week, which might not seem like much but when you have been doing none it will be a big accomplishment for me. Not achieving it would mean letting down a charity I want to support and I dont want to do that. Having lost people very dear to me from breast cancer it is a charity very close to my heart. I would be grateful if you could support me on on my health journey by supporting this wonderful organisation and all they do. Here is some information for you:
