Register your workplace and you’ll get an online fundraising page to collect donations for your event. You can have one page for the whole workplace - or create separate pages for different teams and offices, and link them so you all fundraise together.

We’ll send you a host kit!

You'll receive a free host kit filled with everything needed to kick-start your awesome event – sponsor goodies, posters, serviettes, and decorations to bring everyone in your workplace together.

Make a plan

The official Pink Ribbon Breakfast date is Thursday, 22 May, but you can host your event anytime in May. Once you’ve picked a date, get the word out. Rally your colleagues, share your fundraising page on social media, and maybe add a raffle to boost your fundraising. Then come together, tuck in and have fun!

How to stand out as a workplace host

Create teams

Teamwork makes the dream work. So, if your workplace is spread across multiple locations – that’s no biggie. You can register them all under one team – but each site will get their own host kit and fundraising page. Each site can keep track of their fundraising progress, and you can see how much you’ve raised together too.

Check the leaderboards

There’s nothing wrong with a little healthy competition – even over breakfast. Up-to-the-minute leaderboards will show which team has raised the most, and which workplace is the top of the tally in Aotearoa.

Support and resources

Take advantage of everything in your digital host kit and online resources with invites, QR posters, social media tiles, event games, and more. And you can join our Facebook group for tips and extra support.
