I'm hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for the nine women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.
On May 5, 2022 I was one of those nine women who received the shocking diagnosis of breast cancer.
650 women in Aotearoa die from breast cancer every year. So you can imagine how I might have felt to hear I could be one of them.
Luckily, I am still here to tell my story 3 years later. Breast Cancer Foundation NZ were an amazing support for me and my family throughout my diagnosis, treatment and beyond.
I’m hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast this year to pay it forward and help support breast cancer patients and their families.
Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.
