I'm hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for my whaanau - past, present and future.
My Mum (Raewyn) and my Mama (Nancy - my Dad's Mum) have both had breast cancer. We lost my Mama to it but thankfully still have my Mum here with us. I want to raise funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation so that the my whaanau and all women in Aotearoa are in a better position to fight it. Whether it be myself, my Aunties, my sister or my daughter. That's why I'm hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast this year, to help make a better future for all of us.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.
Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.
