I'm hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for the nine women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.

That’s why I’m hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast this year, to help change that.

Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.

Check Your Bits

The beautiful Tamara Milne will be with us in the morning with some of her ‘Check Your Bits’ Body Washes for sale which promote the importance of self breast checks: here’s some more info about her and her brand; CheckYour Bits
We are Tamara and Ryan, the Founders of a new health empowerment brand Check Your Bits. After our own experience with Breast Cancer in 2020, we are now on a mission to increase the knowledge and awareness around Breast Cancer in younger women; and teach the important life saving skills of how to perform self checks.
Check Your Bits aims to empower New Zealander’s to prioritise their health and wellbeing; as well as increase the number of people performing regular self checks, in the hopes of ultimately reducing the number of New Zealander’s living with advanced Breast Cancer and reduce the mortality statistics.
We have just recently launched a very special new product we have been working on for the last couple of years. A beautiful, all-natural body wash designed to be your visual prompt in the shower to "Check Your Bits."
