At St. Luke's, we're hosting a Pink Ribbon High Tea to: honour the courageous women who have lost their lives to breast cancer, and to support those receiving a diagnosis and treatment.
Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 10 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime.
Five years ago, Tonya, a breast cancer survivor, served in the kitchen during our Pink Ribbon Breakfast @ St. Luke's. Sadly, at this year's High Tea, we will remembering Tonya as one of the 650 women in Aotearoa who die from the disease every year. It's more than a statistic...it's personal and confronting.
We're hosting a Pink Ribbon High Tea this year to help make a difference.
Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.
