We are hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for the nine women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime and 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.

Breast cancer sadly touches the lives of countless families and friends, we're hosting this Pink Ribbon Breakfast not just to raise awareness, but to celebrate life, sisterhood, and the incredible strength that comes from coming together as a community.

I believe that when we join forces with love and compassion, we can make a real difference. That’s why I’ve poured my heart into this event—because every step we take today brings us closer to a future where no one has to face breast cancer alone. With this breakfast, I want to create a morning filled with laughter, connection, and hope.

We’ve got an amazing spread of delicious food, a fantastic hot coffee station from The Shot Mobile coffee, raffles, exciting prizes, and spot prizes to keep the fun rolling. I’m thrilled that we’ll have a photographer on hand to capture all the joyful moments, and a photo wall where we can take beautiful pictures together.

But most of all, this event is about community. It’s about coming together to raise money for vital breast cancer research, supporting those affected, and honoring the strength of the warriors among us. Let’s fill this morning with love, laughter, and purpose as we raise our voices—and our funds—for a cause that matters deeply.

We can’t wait to share this special day with all of you as we unite to make a real difference. Thank you for being part of this journey. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.
