A torch or headlight would be helpful to those here before daylight.
Boots and jacket for those who might go for a walk on farm / bush while here, with or without me (This can be later in morning if preferred. I cannot "guide" before 10am unless all guests agreeable).
4wd can park / drive out through paddock. At top, left of house, gate open. *Can be greasy if wet.
