I'm hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for the ten women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 10 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.

That’s why I’m hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast this year, to help change that.

Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.

Pretty In Pink Breakfast – Fundraising Journey Update 💗 Our hearts are so full right now 🤍 After sharing our interest post for the Pretty In Pink Breakfast, we’ve officially had 17 wāhine put their names forward to be part of this special morning — and honestly, that means everything. What started as an idea close to my heart is slowly turning into a beautiful space where women can come together to connect, share, uplift one another, and stand strong in support of breast cancer awareness. Seeing the interest grow reminds me that this kaupapa is bigger than just one event — it’s about community, love, and creating a safe space for wāhine to be seen, heard, and supported. We’re still building our guest list, so if you’ve been thinking about joining us, we would absolutely love to have you there 💕 Thank you to every single wāhine who has already shown interest — you are part of something truly special. Pretty In Pink Breakfast – Fundraising Journey Update 💗

Yesterday was a big step forward for our Pretty In Pink Breakfast 💕

We officially shared our poster on Facebook to start building awareness and invite wāhine to be part of something truly special. The response already has been so heartwarming — we’ve gathered a beautiful handful of ladies who are keen to come along, connect, and stand together for such an important cause.

This event is more than just a breakfast. It’s a space to share stories, speak on lived experiences, uplift one another, and honour those we’ve loved and lost to breast cancer. Seeing the first group of wāhine put their hands up to be part of this means so much — it’s a reminder that we’re not alone in this journey.

We’re still in the early stages, but the love and support already shown is powerful. Step by step, we’re building something meaningful together 💗
