I'm hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for the ten women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 10 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.

That’s why I’m hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast this year, to help change that.

Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.

Why I’m Doing This…

Becoming a māmā to my beautiful boy last year has found me more familiar with my own breasts than ever before. The changes that occur during pregnancy and postpartum have made me far more aware of my wonderful body and all it does. I am currently still proudly exclusively breastfeeding and if you’ve seen me over the last 6 months there’s a good chance you’ve also seen my boobs! Whipping out my nips multiple times every day has made me think even more about breast cancer, and how lucky I am to have a healthy functioning body, and how devastating it is for women who don’t.

Unfortunately and heartbreakingly, breast cancer is so prevalent, impacting and taking the lives of many wāhine every year. I’d love to do my bit to raise funds for research, education and support for the Breast Cancer Foundation so please feel free to donate as much or little as you can, and please reach out if you’d like to attend my Pink Ribbon Breakfast event in May!
