I'm hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for the nine women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.
Why We Brunch: A Pink Ribbon Promise
Every plate, every chair, every guest at our Pink Ribbon Brunch holds a purpose far greater than a morning gathering. This isn’t just brunch—it’s a quiet rebellion against heartbreak.
We do this because we want to save a mother from losing her child.
To protect a daughter from the kind of grief that rewrites her world.
To keep someone from losing their best friend, the person who makes life brighter.
Breast cancer doesn't ask permission. It arrives uninvited, taking far too much from far too many. But if raising funds can provide access to screenings, support research, and offer treatment to someone who may not otherwise afford it—why wouldn’t we do everything in our power to help?
This brunch is more than food and flowers. It's about funding hope, empowering survival, and creating space for stories that deserve to continue.
Because if we can change even one outcome—
That’s more than worth it.
