I'm hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for the ten women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.
🎀🩷 Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 10 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. And 650 women in Aotearoa die from the disease every year.
That’s why I’m hosting a Pink Ribbon High Teas this year, to help change that.
Having been on my own breast cancer journey, I was a very grateful recipient of support from the BCF as part of my recovery.
The support they give to those with a breast cancer diagnosis and the research they are involved in is invaluable and every woman stands to benefit from their work.
Please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.
But also keep doing those self checks, act on anything that feels different (better to be safe than sorry) and get those squeezes (aka mammograms) done when they are due.
Thank you so much for your support. 🩷🎀

What an amazing commitment Tania ❤️ Thank you for raising awareness and happy to support you always.
