I'm hosting a Pink Sip & Paint in collaboration with Broadway Lounge in Papakura for the nine women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in Aotearoa.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Kiwi women. 1 in 9 women will be diagnosed with it in their lifetime. In April of 2022 I became one of those 9 – through early detection, treatment and the support of BCFNZ I am now extremely grateful to be a three year survivor.  That’s why I’m hosting a Pink Ribbon event, to give back and continue to spread awareness.

If you have the capacity to do so I encourage you to please donate to raise funds for life-saving education, life-changing patient support and ground-breaking medical research. And bring us closer to a day when there are zero deaths from breast cancer.

I hope your Pink Ribbon Breakfast goes well. This is such a worthy cause to help with research to combat breast cancer. Supporting someone who has been through it, first hand, is a privilege. I wish you the best of luck.
