I'm hosting a Pink Ribbon Breakfast for the nine women diagnosed with breast cancer each day in New Zealand.

Join us on Saturday, May 17th at 9am in cafewindsor for a fun-filled and memorable morning as we raise much-needed funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation. This event is for women of all ages and is dedicated to raising awareness and supporting an amazing cause while enjoying great company and delicious food!

Every three hours, a woman in New Zealand is diagnosed with breast cancer, with 1 in 9 women expected to be diagnosed in their lifetime. The Breast Cancer Foundation does incredible work in research and supporting women throughout their journey. They rely on fundraising to continue their vital work, and this is where we can make a difference together.

Expect a fun-filled morning with delicious breakfast nibblesbarista coffees, and refreshing cool drinks, along with cheeky gamesbreast cancer education, and a take-home item. You’ll also have the chance to win an incredible raffle prize from one of our amazing sponsors (listed below). It’s the perfect opportunity to connect with other women, support an important cause, and leave feeling uplifted!

Tickets are just $25, with a minimum of $10 from each ticket going directly to our fundraising efforts. You can even pre-purchase your raffle tickets online to skip the line!

Invite the amazing wāhine in your life and treat yourself to a morning out for a cause that matters. Let’s come together, have fun, and support the Breast Cancer Foundation!

Another beautiful and meaningful morning together!

Kia ora ladies,

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our Woven: Pink Ribbon Raise & Graze earlier this month!

What an amazing morning we had—sharing stories, creating beautiful bag tags and keychains, enjoying delicious treats, winning raffles, and most importantly, raising funds and awareness for the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ.

Thanks to your generosity and the support of our incredible sponsors, we raised $2,638.00! That’s enough to fund the Pink Ribbon caravan—which travels around Aotearoa educating wāhine—for 21 hours. Incredible! We couldn’t have done it without you.

As we shared on the day, early detection saves lives. So please, keep checking in with your body. If you notice any changes or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out to your GP, Healthline, or the Breast Cancer Foundation. They’re an amazing resource—check them out here:

Let’s also show some love to the local businesses that supported our event—they blew us away with their generosity, and we’d love to return the favour! If you can, shop local and support:
